Ski insurance What does the “Sorglos Paket” include?
In case of damage, you protect yourself with this proven ski insurance.
Your rental equipment is essentially insured against breakage and theft. However, without the Sorglos-Paket, a deductible applies in case of breakage or theft (Diamond € 500.00 | Premium € 400.00 | Gold € 300.00 | Silver € 200.00). In case of theft, a police report is required.
One-time € 7.50 for adults and € 4.00 for children for a rental period of a maximum of two days or a one-time fee of € 15.00 for adults and € 8.00 for children for rental periods of three days or more.

With us, you'll find everything in one place! At Schernthaner sports in Kleinarl, with the ski school office, ski rental, service, and depot, you can find everything in the same building. So, you can conveniently store your equipment directly in the depot right after renting it.
Pickup When can I pick up the Packages?
Pick up your Package from 2:00 PM the day before.
Pickup for late arrival When can I pick up the Package if I only arrive overnight?
If you arrive late, please come to our shop the next day at 8:30 AM.
Ski helmet Does the package also include a helmet?
Yes, a helmet is included in the Package! However, a back protector is not included - you can book it separately.
