Accessibility is more than just a matter of course for us – it is something we care deeply about. We want our website to be easily usable by everyone and are working diligently to ensure this. Therefore, we do everything possible to implement the necessary adjustments and are continuously striving to integrate new Inhalte_lesen in an accessible manner.

Responsive Web Design: Our website is optimized for various output devices (smartphones, tablets, desktop computers) due to responsive web design. The content elements are automatically optimized for the best possible readability and adjusted for the respective display size. Furthermore, the design takes sufficient contrast into account.

Keyboard Operation: The main menu can be operated using the keyboard (Tab key, arrow keys). Interactive elements are accessible and operable via keyboard.

Structuring and Semantics

• All pages have meaningful page titles
• The language of the page is declared in the markup
• The HTML markup used is compliant with standards
• Headings are hierarchically structured
• Links have meaningful labels

Accessibility for Assistive Technologies

• Alternative texts for informative images
• Sufficient color contrasts
• Support for screen readers

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:

• Non-compliance with accessibility regulations
  Texts and comprehensibility: We strive to write our texts largely without abbreviations and foreign words and refrain from cumbersome sentence constructions. If a text is not understandable, we ask for feedback.
  Contrast issues: Sporadic contrast issues mainly affect: cookie banners that overlay existing content and external content from third parties.
  Multimedia content:  Not all videos have subtitles or audio descriptions. 
  PDF documents: Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible.
• Disproportionate burden
  Third-party content: Our website partially uses content and services from third parties (e.g., online booking systems). For this content, a complete statement regarding compliance with accessibility regulations cannot be made, as they are beyond our control.
  Legacy content: A subsequent complete adjustment of all existing content, especially older PDF documents and multimedia content, would represent a disproportionate burden.

We strive to implement the accessibility of this website as best as possible within the framework of technical possibilities and legal requirements. Complete accessibility cannot be guaranteed, especially with complex or dynamic content, as well as with the integration of external tools (e.g., booking systems, widgets, forms).

According to Art. 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and § 15 para. 2 WZG, deviations from certain requirements may be allowed if their implementation involves disproportionate effort. In this case, the legitimate economic interest of the website operator must also be taken into account.

We continuously review and improve accessibility, but we cannot provide a legally binding guarantee for the fully accessible implementation of all inhalte_lesen.

The complaints will be reviewed by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the requirements of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in compliance with the accessibility requirements by the federal government or an entity associated with it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG is to issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the affected legal entities and propose measures aimed at eliminating the existing deficiencies.

Upon the entry into force of the Accessibility Act (BaFG) on June 28, 2025, individuals affected by violations of accessibility requirements may contact the Social Ministry Service as the market supervisory authority.
